However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 844-900-8600 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.


We will accept returns for various reasons up to 14 days. Restocking charges of 20% will be added to all returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs as they are non-refundable. How ever, a full refund will be given in the unlikely event the item received is not as described or if the item is refused at the time of delivery due to damage. Any damage return requests must be reported with in 5 days of delivery. Inspect your item upon delivery. All units are shipped in original factory packaging and secured for shipment. Any returns must include original carton, packing material, use & care guide, installation instructions and accessories packed there with in a secure and safe manner. Returns require and RMA.


Please open and inspect your factory packed item on the day of delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to check your items at the time of receiving for any damage. We can not assist in a return if you don't report it with in 5 days. Your signature relieves the shipping company of all damage claims. In the very unlikely event that there is shipping damage, we ask that you call us at that time and note any damage on your receiver. It will be your choice to refuse the item or, if the damage is minimal, we may be able to offer you a damage allowance or ship you a new replacement part to resolve the issue. As long as there is freight damage noted on the receiver before the items are signed for we will handle all claims with the carrier. After 5 days, the product can not be returned.

Functional Failure

Please contact the In Warranty product service number listed in your use and care guide should there be a functional problem with the unit. Your appliance comes with a minimum of a one year warranty. During the warranty the consumer must contact the manufacturer for service. No units will be exchanged unless the manufacturer has inspected the unit. We have no authority to interfere with warranty issues.

Installation / Compatibility

If you install a damaged item, used or not, it is then considered accepted and used and can not be returned. Additionally, we can not be held responsible for any compatibility issues you have as we are not familiar with your particular application or existing configuration. We also are not responsible for any counter top or cabinet cutouts done prior to following the manufacturer’s installation instructions packed with the product.
